ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Unsealed products may be exchanged for in store credit only.
There are many reasons most adult novelty stores do not take returns, but our most important reason is for safety and sanitation due to the delicate nature of use. This is why we strive to keep our staff as knowledgeable and helpful as possible. When shopping in store, please open the package after purchase before leaving to ensure its quality is safe and acceptable.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from our physical or online store. We do not offer satisfaction returns.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS:
All sales are final once the order has shipped.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, email flirtnovelty@gmail.com as soon as possible. Not shipped yet: We will cancel and refund the full amount.
Damaged or malfunctioning products:
As soon as the damage is found, email us (flirtnovelty@gmail.com) and be sure to include your name, order number, and details of the damage/malfunction. At that time we will assess next steps specific to your circumstances.
SOME OTHER TIPS:
- Manufacturers in our industry have dramatically improved their quality in recent years, as well as their warranties. Many have one to five year warranties on their products (some even longer!). If able, register your product and/or hold on to your receipt (especially if it is a more luxurious brand).
- Again, keep your receipt. Any attempt to return to store or manufacturer will only be possible with proof of purchase.
- Ask questions from the staff about products to make the best possible choice.
- Take good care of your item. Store, use, and clean everything within reason and per manufacturers' recommendations
